Wexmar is a production machine shop in Canastota, NY: Mazak and Doosan CNC lathes, Mazak horizontal machining centers, four Swiss-type bar-fed machines, and an in-house CMM inspection lab. Prototype to production, build to print, with material and process traceability on every job.

Every job can ship with a CMM report, material certs, and a traceable heat lot. Gages calibrated on an ISO/IEC 17025-aligned schedule, CMMs verified against NIST-traceable artifacts.
Sized for real production
Ten CNC lathes, six horizontal machining centers, and four Swiss machines give scheduling room. Standard shift is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with second-shift capacity when a program needs it.
Federal-ready paperwork
SAM.gov registration, CAGE code, UEI, and WAWF invoicing are already in place. Quotes on federal solicitations include packaging spec, FAT, and freight so there are no surprises after award.

What file formats do you quote from?
PDF prints, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, and native SolidWorks. For federal solicitations send the full package: drawing, specs, packaging requirement, and quantity schedule.
What materials do you machine?
Carbon and alloy steels, 300 and 400 series and precipitation-hardening stainless, Nitronic 50 and similar high-nickel alloys, aluminum, brass, bronze, and engineered plastics. DFARS-compliant specialty metal sourcing is available.
Do you handle heat treat and plating?
Yes. Heat treat, plating, anodize, and passivation run through an approved outside-processing network and are carried in the quote so your part arrives finished.
What quantities do you run?
One-off prototypes through long-run production. Swiss machines handle high-volume small parts; the lathes and horizontals handle mid- and high-volume larger parts.
Can you supply inspection reports and material certs?
Yes. CMM dimensional reports, first-article inspection, and traceable material certifications are available on any job.
Do you work with government buyers?
Yes. We are registered in SAM.gov with an active CAGE code and quote DoD, DLA, and prime contractor build-to-print requirements. A DD Form 2345 application for controlled technical data is on file.
